I'm currently taking a course to be a Fitness and Nutrition Consultant and working full time, I'm passionate about health and exercise and am just starting kickboxing classes. I was in Nova Scotia for 3 months and started with power walking and made it 44 kms and my goal is to do the 50 km run/walk next spring in less than 7 hours. I have endless energy due to knowing that pain is a weakness that's leaving the body and believe to never give up without a fight. I love challenges for both the mind and body. I also studied visualization and it had a huge impact on my life and it's helped me a great deal. I have lots of love for life and everything in it and believe that there's good in most people and things, I see the beauty in everything and am very heartfelt, poetic and flower child type of woman, as well as loving adventure and adrenaline. My wish is to go rafting, sky diving, zip lining, try indoor rock climbing again just to name a few, and even though I'll end up doing those things no matter what, It's always nice to have company and someone to laugh and smile with as I'm always told how much i love to smile and laugh, it truly is the best medicine, life is way to short and must be lived to the fullest with nothing but love for yourself and everything around you. There's so much to know about me and one thing is for sure, I love being alive and not afraid to show it! I could say more but I'll leave it at this and hope to find someone else to laugh and smile with while exercising and enjoying life, but life will still go on no matter what! i will not stop at nothing to succeed in my dreams!
