I have been enjoying fitness for about eight years. My chosen sports are running and swimming but chose channel swimming; due to it is mentaly challenging.

My Ideal first is to be kind, easy going and understanding. Who is adventurous and loves outdoors who dose yoga/palates, would like to see the world as one big adventure. The ideal type of woman could be average to athletic but more important to have personality and intellect. Who is very noble to use knowledge not ignorance. Who has similar interest in sport but loves go to different places. Who likes to go to different running/swimming events, which enjoys yoga and Pilates in her own time.

Loves music and some films but who loves music ranging from rock, dance R&B to Jazz. When we can put a CD and enjoy a good song. While her like to go to different places to shop or to relax.

I have always wanted to try rock climbing to overcome my fear of heights. When I do like to my phobias head on approach. As also would like to go on to a rock climbing course.

The main thing I would like to go on to a sky dive or parachute out of a plane. The adrenalin would be very uplifting and rewarding.

My main goal would do an ultra marathon or channel swim for charity. That I would like to give something back to the community, to help very vulnerable children throughout the world.

This year I have completed the 2009 London Marathon, now reserved a place in Brighton Marathon and 2010 London Marathon for next year. I have wanted to do an Ultra Marathon or do the Marathon de Sables, for well known charity; this would be long term goals.
At present I am in the Channel Swimming and hoping to do the channel relays for 2010 or 2011, if I am ready to do this event. Then my next step would be to complete the Channel Swim solo in the near future, this would be a great achievement and real confidence boost in my fitness CV.

Well in the mean time I have to work on my core strengthening this could be from yoga/palates to weight training, so I am injury free if I do any of this events.

I would like even to be supple and strong, if I improve through my pilates and yoga. My palates teacher had told me my core strength has improved and next I would progress to beginners to improvers. When time progresses I would like progress to advance with my yoga and pilates training

I love the outdoors ranging from running swimming and core fitness. I do like the spiritual side going to yoga venues, which is up lifting sensual. The running side is to be fun, challenging and rewarding that gives me that derailing rush after each session. I love to listen to different types of music before a run or swim.

In the mean time I do like to have some form of mad rush getting excited with euphoria. This makes me more want to let off some more steam. I do love a great work out which ranges from the gym, swim to long run.

I am a child at heart love to joke around saying witty remarks and getting to wind people up, if in the wicked mode season. With me though that I do like the outdoors stuff and likes to wild, free and spiritual.

My ideal type of fun could be it is on a cross country run, when I was on Bewl Water 15 miles that states they some trout, I thought that “women is a good catcher of this type of fish”. That made one of the runners laughs with some amusemen

When I am looking for a woman the most important aspect is personality, intellect; who has similar tastes in music including hobbies and interests. This is important in a relationship, without them it would never work. I do like shopping and it was described by my mother that I have good taste in choosing my clothes. In the mean time I do not get fussed if a woman goes into her own shops it does not bother me. That means she is not bothered about going into my shops.

I like a women to love running outdoors or channel swimming; it would be brilliant for her to love outdoor life. To take part in 10k, half marathon to marathon events, so I can have competitive companion to talk, while taking part in these events. Who is a real music lover, likes films and sometimes watch sports.

I have been doing yoga and pilates for eight years so like my lady to enjoy these types of exercise including cross/weight training. It is important to have a pro active but loving relationship.
