I left teaching high school and am preparing to open my own dance studio. I just returned from Egypt, where women can not workout. A physical makeover is needed, not a mental one. I studied there for 2 years and now I hope to find a trainer girlfriend to share my dreams of romance and fitness with. To leave the world better than how I found it. I would like to encourage more ethnic women (housewives) and teachers to demand to live healthier lives. I am taking a worthwhile risk with this career move into the world of dance instruction. I'm hoping to design my classes to appeal to schoolteachers and housewives with health problems. The happiest part of my teaching past was taking kids and parents to sports classes or organizing a dance class as a reward for their school performance. 80% of them have started to include some form of exercise to their family fun as a result. I want to be the first in my family to ever control my quality of life with diet and exercise. Everyone in my family that has died had diseases that were diet, stress or inactive lifestyle related.
