I am a people person, like to see everyone happy. i am a type of person who like to motivate people to go towards his or her dreams because everyone should have a goal in life, for if you don't have a goal you would be like a ship with out a compus that mean your life would not be going nowhere.

I have been lifting weight for seven years and it all started in my high school.
In my gym class my teacher show us a bodybuilding video.
For me it was an first because in my country Guyana i never seen someone with all that muscles. So when i move to Canada and seen that it make me think if those guy did it so can i. So i started to go to the gym and as they years went by most people ask me why don't you compete in bodybuilding, so i think about it and in November the seventh of last year i compete in the International Drug free Athletics (IDFA) bodybuilding. lightweight and came in third place. My goal is to become a fitness model and gain my bodybuilding pro-card,
