My name is Johnny Ive been involved in fitness my entire life, I started in gymnastics and martial arts at a young age and have been addicted ever since. I love sharing what I know with people encouraging them to build a better more healthier lifestyle. I recently just moved up here to Dallas from Texarkana, Tx to kinda persue my dream. I am a very motivated person I like to do things right the first time, I love challenges and trying new things. I have been married before, some bad things took place but its in the past and has made me the super duper awesome guy I am today so I wouldnt change it. Martial arts is probably my biggest passion, I have two cage fights under me and Im training to go again. If there is something bigger than that its teaching. I love the feeling when I see someone grow in areas where they are struggling, because of there hard work of course, but also because of my help. To me thats one of the best feelings in the world.
