As for my training, I enjoy the gym, callisthenics, kettlebells and anything that challenges me. I like to train in a way that increases functional strength as well as improving aesthetics. So that includes muscleups, levers, pistol squats, planches (just about there :) ) and such like, along with the basic strength movements. I love to get creative and invent my own routines and exercises.
