I am blessed to live an amazing life. I'm not sure where the edge to my personality comes from, where all the risk-taking comes from, where the love of sports cars, rock + hip hop music or tatoos comes from, but they definitely make me stand out from most lawyers.

I enjoy being a devoted father to two beautiful girls, spending time laughing with friends, travelling because I love the sensation of discovering something amazing for the first time, scuba because incredible things are going on beneath the surface, sports because I am a competitor and I like to win, live music because it recharges my batteries, the outdoors because it keeps me active and I love the smell, romance and taste of great red wines. So there's a bit about me.

I took up running in 2008 and have completed 15 half marathons since then, all over North America (most recently Vancouver). It's a great way to see other parts of the country. Also love these mud-obstacle challenges and longer trail runs. I try to do a running or obstacle competition at least 1 time per month. Want to join me?

I have been scuba diving since I was a kid. My brother owns a dive shop in the Virgin Islands and I'm excited my daughters are finally old enough that they enjoy snorkeling the reef down there. We go down there at least once aa year.
